Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. The Vanguard Health Referral Program is open to individuals who refer eligible nurses or midwives to Vanguard Health for employment opportunities.
2. The person making the referral must provide accurate contact details for both themselves and the referred candidate.
3. A $500 referral payment will be made to the referrer when the referred candidate successfully completes their first Vanguard Health placement.
4. The referred candidate's first placement must be a minimum of six weeks in duration to qualify for the referral payment.
5. The referred candidate must have at least 12 months of full-time nursing or midwifery experience within Australia and meet Vanguard Health's standard registration, compliance and onboarding requirements.
6. The referred candidate must successfully complete all applicable Vanguard Health onboarding and compliance requirements before commencing their placement.
7. The referral payment will only be made once the referred candidate has completed the qualifying six-week placement. No payment will be made for candidates who withdraw, cancel or fail to complete the qualifying placement.
8. The referral payment is available once per referred candidate. Multiple referrals of the same candidate will not result in multiple payments.
9. Where the same candidate is referred by more than one person, the first valid referral received by Vanguard Health will be recognised for the purpose of the referral payment.
10. A referral does not guarantee employment or placement with Vanguard Health. All candidates remain subject to Vanguard Health's standard recruitment, credentialing, compliance and suitability processes.
11. Vanguard Health reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the eligibility requirements of the program.
12. Referrals must be made in good faith. Referrers must not submit their own details as a referral or provide false, misleading or duplicate information.
13. The referrer must have the consent of the person they are referring to provide their contact details to Vanguard Health.
14. The referred candidate must be new to Vanguard Health and must not have an existing active application, registration, placement or recruitment relationship with Vanguard Health at the time the referral is submitted.
15. Referral payments will be made using the payment method and details requested by Vanguard Health and may be subject to applicable tax obligations.
16. Vanguard Health reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect valid referrals already accepted by Vanguard Health unless otherwise required by law.
17. By submitting a referral, the referrer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
