Mental Health Clinician (RN or CNS Grade 2 - must hold relevant post registration qualification to be CNS2) - (work hours Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm) NOTE: The Team Care Clinician delivers therapeutic case management through strong, supportive relationships with individuals experiencing complex and enduring mental health challenges. Using an outreach model, the clinician provides focused psychological strategies, coordinates care, and connects consumers with appropriate services to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.
